We want you to love your furniture. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging is preferred but not required
• Custom or special-order items are final sale
• Clearance and floor-model items are final sale unless otherwise noted

How to start a return

Call us at (562) 123-4567 or send us a message with your order number and we'll arrange pickup or a return drop-off at the showroom.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you — regardless of the 30-day window. Please document the damage with photos before contacting us.
